Who else China will be facing? I don't think US will jump into a war in a election year no matter how much Trump hates China for China virus. There was a research paper by Japanese guy I read unfortunately couldn't save it. He analyzed China's behavior and concluded if there is ever a war between India and China, Japan should activate their air force and turn their attention towards Japanese to help Indian forces. But that's a research paper. I don't think Japanese would get involved either.

Nope US will never get directly involved unless India is a NATO member. They will offer us every possible assistance that's for sure & will keep PLAN in check. Besides best case scenario would be if they are able to keep a leash on Porkis.
