Last time when we had declared one pakistani PNG, they had did it in next two days, this time one week has passed but they are not getting heads up no doubt they will resort in kidnapping and torturing but they forget this time PM from India is someone who has habit of setting out of syllabus test for porkis

Difference in mentality bhai. We expel their diplomats while they kidnap ours. I think R &AW should also do something like this. There is no diplomacy with a rogue state simple as that.

Those two men who were sent back to Pakistan might have been picked up by Delhi Police and interrogated as well before sending them back.
