The drone was small. How did they control it from across the border ? They had UAVs overhead to bounce a sat signal off ? It was most likely remote controlled and line of sight

If you see, many of our military installations are inadequate. Specially speaking for Jammu and Kashmir, allot areas/ land for new airbases, drone bases and other military installations before the election ( both as union territory or as a state) takes place.
Otherwise, the new government will follow old policy of creating hurdles in allocating land on lease as well as sell.
