We have around 9 divisions in NE a combined attack by bangladesh and china can mean that we will be fight more than 20 divisions at the minimum a ratio of 1:2. There is also the issue of chicken neck.

It might seem far fetched but now but so did a lot of things a few years back.

Long term problems vs short term problems.
Conflating both will result in more confused readership.
1. Active insurgency in Kashmir.
2. Border infiltration.
3. Ceasefire violations.
4. Internal security, sleeper cells, compromised opposition and media.
These are very current issues we should focus on.

When we start conflating them with other issues then nothing gets done.

Why harden the roof and wait for the explosion. Just put a soft net to cover the roof at a height of 2-3 metres- like a camouflage net or even one of those they have in a circus to save the gymnast- it will soft-land the explosive- no impact, no explosion.

At this point, drones are a threat to every power including US in Iraq and Russia in Syria and Israel and Saudis and so on....there is no 100% against cheap drones and even a one or two making it will create bad PR and cost millions in damage, Russians did some protection in Syria for their planes when they got attacked by cheap card board drones.....mostly to prevent shrapnel damage....EW and something on the lines of Pantsir should be default at every air base near border and densely populated areas
