The fact that even after all these years they survive is the problem here. We cannot fight a war with such internal security threats.
The thing to understand here is that Maoists are actually on decline. They are surrendering en masse.

"The total number of surrenders in the state in 2020, 2019, 2018 and 2017 was 344, 315, 465 and 366, respectively. Lack of strong leadership among the insurgents, absence of young leaders, reduction in recruitment, deaths and illnesses due to Covid-19 and initiatives encouraging surrenders are seen as major factors. "

"in 2021 the number of surrenders has seen a sharp spike. Officials say, given that there are three months still to go before year-end, if the current trend continues then total surrenders by Maoist insurgents may break a five-year record. The maximum number comes from Chhattisgarh, where 312 Maoists have surrendered this year until August 31"

Maoists do one big attack per year. To show that they are still relevant and everyone jumps up and thinks they are a HUGE threat on a rapid incline. But they fail to see how many of these Maoists keep surrendering each year. Every year their surrender numbers has seen a sharp incline. There is no good leadership left. And Covid has hit them hard.

Even after the ambush of CRPF , they keep surrendering. Just recently 8 more had surrendered in Chattisgarh. They know they are fighting a losing battle. And infrastructure is being built , various schemes and development is taking place. Most sane Maoists who had started fighting the government were fighting because, previously they weren't paid attention. But now they know that the only thing stopping the development is themselves.

They are going to lose. There is no two ways about it. 344 surrenders in 2020 . Certainly more this year going with current trend. They aren't going to be left with enough fighters in the coming years.

Very concerning development. Needs to be countered.

We have to maintain our relationship with UK like isreal does it with India . India has not been historically pro isreal and Isreal understand it .. Its due to our demography and dependence on Arab world .. Similarly pakistani influence on Britain and BBC will always remain due to demography , history etc .. Mostly rehtoric .. Truth is when u are big and powerful with a bright future noone can avoid you .. so no need to react .. In the end we are the one going to sign a free trade with UK in near future ..

Hmm so first 6 Pakistanis entered into kashmir now 5 talibanis have also entered.

Remindes me of the quote by George s patton. Nobody ever defended anything successfully there is only attack attack and attack some more.

No matter how strong our grid is some will always slip in and wreck havoc.

India needs to take a offensive approach were the problem is destroyed at the source itself.
It might bee LeT/JeM associated with Taliban meaning those who fought with Taliban

Me this it won't be a Afghan pashtun

Even after all that, the fact remains that they are strong enough to carry out such big operations. They will surrender when they are weak and will go back when they are strong. When a war is on, they will see an opportunity and strike.
