1. Please see the original post to which I responded. It didn't say citizens or non citizens, just diaspora. You are now unnecessarily pushing it.These remittances comes primarily from the Gulf countries, by Indian citizens. While I accept your premise that everyone shouldn't be tarred with the same brush, let's remember that most non Indian citizen "diaspora" in the US don't contribute much and shouldn't be lumped with the hard working and mostly loyal citizens in the Gulf. Bit like South Asians claiming credit for Indians type of situation.
I have said this before, people who have discarded their Indian citizenship to take up another have no moral right to criticize India on most things, they are the ones who chose to run away from working to build a better country here to go some place where other people's ancestors have put in all the hard work to build up that country.
Are you JackDaws?
Some old paki activities captured on screen and some britishfags documentary sharing it here .
NopeAre you JackDaws?
Hmm, so we have back channel talks with the Pakis for sometime and announce a ceasefire on the LoC. The announcement is sudden and completely inexplicable but certain opinion writers/analysts push the line that "Pak Army has realised futility of conflict with India and wants peace" - yeah right. And then we hear that IA has moved CI troops towards the China front while PA has moved forces from India front to Afghan front. Is our 2 front war strategy really to sign a Molotov–Ribbentrop like pact ?It is the right time now!
Pak Army traveling in a rickshaw.. Yeh din bhi dekhna than..
It's mere of a thought of a member ,not whole forum ,calm down ,we have many nri indian on the forum ,and your place of stay can't decide your patriotism , it's just a mere fact that many nri in USA turn to abusing country just to look cool in their circle . Thst doesn't mean for all at all1. Please see the original post to which I responded. It didn't say citizens or non citizens, just diaspora. You are now unnecessarily pushing it.
2. Gulf countries are no doubt importance source, but all countries contribute. To prove the point, US is second largest source after UAE.
3. Don't like your "certificate" of calling people from gulf loyalists as compared to others. The truth is..... People go to places where they see opportunities. In gulf, they remain Indian citizens because there is absolutely no opportunity to take gulf citizenship, not because they are "loyal".
4. People don't "run away" to build better future. When people struggle in India AND get an opportunity elsewhere, they move. Most people also move within India, between villages, towns and cities, they do not become less loyal to their native places. I can also argue that these places were different kingdoms a couple of hundred years back and almost like different countries.
5. Indian diaspora is merely a reflection of native Indian communities. They are divided because Indians are divided. They just carry this habit. Why blame them?
6. On the whole, in my experience, indian diaspora tends to be more patriotic proportionately than those in India. Its a perception, therefore arguable.
Sorry for contributing to derailing this thread.
Our Indian diaspora especially in Western countries are not comparable to porkistani counterparts when it comes to lobbying1. Please see the original post to which I responded. It didn't say citizens or non citizens, just diaspora. You are now unnecessarily pushing it.

Let them do lobbying how does it impact us?Our Indian diaspora especially in Western countries are not comparable to porkistani counterparts when it comes to lobbying
Indian living their are high paid but they never enjoyed position of power
Eg see porki diaspora mostly made of 3 rd class workers but the mayor London is porki and porki enjoy powerful position their after being 3 rd class workers.
After being 3 rd rater they enjoy position of power we after being one of richest in that place have no powerful position
If our people would be in powerful positionLet them do lobbying how does it impact us?
We already have a lobby there, our people may be anti modi and maybe even anti India on paper but they are Indian by heart that’s why Google committed 10 billion dollar investment in India last year.If our people would be in powerful position
We can extract lucrative trade deals from these countries.
Even we can turn opinion in our favor on world stage
Narrative building
Even this will also bring huge investment inside our country that we need
Indian Diaspora is full of assholes. Buggers when come to India for ,will speak in a fake accent and will behave as if they are in a new country . Will always compare everything ,but are ready to die for a dollar.Partly due to the nature of the diaspora.
Pakistani diaspora is still batting for Pakistan, while Indian diaspora.. the less said, the better.
