But India gdp ppp is high that means people in India have quiet a sufficient amount to buy their luxuries.

As long as India is not a threat to them they will not translate their words into actions but once we become half their GDP atleast in a little more than a decade then there will be a significant shift in the way they treat India, as USA runs on immigration and as more and more oppurtunities are being created in India, more Indians will prefer staying in India.
