I think a few things are pretty obvious now. One is that the fired missile is indeed "BrahMos", as ANI is also accepting it, and it was not "intentional", much dismay to most folks here and in the establishment.

The dethroning of Imran Khan by the Military establishment will have some degree of impact on the psyche of the Pushtoon community.
It again reinforces the belief that the predominant Punjabi domination of all aspects of administration and life in Pakistan will ensure that no non Punjabi leader will be allowed to act independently and survive.

All reports point to Shahbaz Sheriff becoming the next President of Pakistan. An Punjabi.

The feeling of discrimination felt by the ethnic minorities in Pakistan is reinforced.
Though I don't expect the anger in the Pushtoon community to boil over, nonetheless it makes it a bit easier for agencies like the R & AW to convince members of the Pushtoon community and enlist new recruits who share the anti Punjabi sentiment.

History tells us that the hanging of Bhutto by the military establishment was an turning point in convincing many Sindhis that Sindh had no future under the Pakistani Punjabi controlled administration.

Don't expect Imran Khan to face the gallows but his ouster has not really made the Pushtoons happy either.
