So, in a nutshell if this is not them proactively seeking to better their nuclear possessions, then I am pretty sure we have infiltrated into their network and gotten some really really critical info about their nukes and it could be that our malware is in their systems still and they need help from china to detect and get rid of it? Maybe it's our version of Stuxnet?
