Here is my 2 cents on accidental missile firing:
Firing of course was accidental but I think in this accident a high value target (a terror master mind) was hit. This is why Pakistan is so restless. The fact that China has also opined about it, tells me that perhaps the location and presence of HVT was passed to India by USA. This also explains why USA is so calm about it. However, at this point the firing starts to appear not so accidental.
