I don't feel it's important till Arnab is screaming at a panelist over it.

To be frank, I consider this an encouraging incident.

If it's a PsyOp for domestic audience of Pakistan (most likely), it's a funny one and actually telegraphs the nation's speculated instability by it's only capable institution- their army.

If it's not and it's an actual dummy which just made it across (doesn't matter if it's intentional or not), Pakistan's response is lackluster and, in the event of preemptive strikes by our military in case of an actual war, they'll take much longer to respond than expected. This is almost an impossibility in my opinion. Still, both possible outcomes are encouraging.
