Maybe its not capable of defending? HQ 9 is said to only be effective like 25-30 kms for manoeuvring supersonic platform, might not be able to defend bramhos at all.

Anyway its prolly false, they had NOTAM in that are for own test firing. Looks like they tested a missile and failed. Wouldnt be the first time they blew up houses in a failed test.

Ya'll Nibbiars the airbase was 33 km away so newer version of the Mleechas missile family has a AD capability of 33 kms?.
