Baloch have been an independent power in the past as well. Present day situation would be obviously more complicated- (like what happens of Pakistan? Can they ever be at peace with an offshoot state, they planted a flag in BD grounds during a cricket match, What will happen to the Punjabis staying there? There are a lot) But with sea connectivity, low population density, decent mineral resources and cultural affiliation to Iranians on the West and Sindhis on the east they are a viable state.

Waziristan is a basket case, its just an extension of Afghanistan inside Pakistan.
Waziristan has no economic potential.

Balochistan has.
But again, Gwadar port is not functional.

The theaterisation would at first get completed in J&K(at most 3-5 months). It would be separate theatre bcoz it's the only one where two external adversaries & an active insurgency has to be countered.

There would be unified integrated theatre from Punjab to Rajasthan(IA&AF) & then Guj to all Western coast(all 3 forces, BSF, CG)

It is in light of the fast paced theaterisation in J&K... & heavy(but silent) influx of CAPF to gradually replace army from internal security duties*... has raised alarms... hence the recent travel advisory by the US.
