I second that, even a retired army persinel shared his experiencing while serving in kashmir in 80s, he says that kps were against any Hindus from mainland settling in kashmir, to some extent they also supported for Independent kashmir. He shared many things about his experience in kashmir.

Headlights don't help much is there's a lot of fog.

I think the date matters. This happened at the point when Indian Festive season just started. I won't consider this an another exodus, however it will continue until the Hindu population reach a substantial level where we can start off micro economies around Hindu colonies.

Okay, let's assume there war fog and neither crpf nor the civilian had switched on their fog lamps. Why wouldn't the vehicle stop at the first checkpoint then after soldiers would have shouted for trying to go through the checkpoint?

From 2020 till now we are seeing a growth in our gdp and 2021-22 is showing signs of 9 percent growth.
