The key word is efficiency, and I wouldn't be betting on government in getting anything done efficiently. Secondly, the government isn't even talking or acknowledging the killings, and more importantly, the ideology behind it. They do not have the courage to do anything, covertly, or overtly. The only time Indian gormint opens its non-violent mouth is to defend that it has done no human rights violations in kashmir, aka defensive posturing.

We'll come to that once the government has GUTS to recognize the threat. As I said, they cannot even utter "kashmir" and "hindu killings" in the same breath, and you are talking of armed militia. Bhaisahab inke paseene chhoot jaate hain the moment governments mention human rights violations in kashmir, and you think they have the courage to go for targeted killings?! The day this (or any government) does this, I'll change my name!

FYI - I'm no defeatist, I fully support the government but when government itself is not interested or capable, what can I do. I wanted to join the army myself, sir but I'm a flat-footed so can't do that. Still, I wage my war in my own way. I've hired numerous porkis as content writers, got the job done and never paid a single penny for it! Techinically, they're my slaves.
