Infiltration atempt has been tried 24/7 now at various sector along LoC, growing desparation going to explode at some point. When intentions are so evil no point in following ceasefire agreement. Army has to look for out of box options, wait & reactive is an ineffective strategy. Preemptive actions must follow upon any terrorist attempt along LoC, irrespective of the mangnitude of attack by terrorists. Stopping infiltration has been ineffective with old dud protocols
