Do some plain speaking to the US, tell them they will be seen as partly responsible, should any of these weapons be used against Indians in Kashmir or anywhere. I know it sounds brazen, but if some Pak twit can allude to another 9-11 if the Taliban is not supported( and get away with it) Indian officials can say that.
