Could be any group bro. Their social media cells are enough to play smoke and mirrors with general public online. They are not invincible. Sensing the political heat this action has gained...even the paff sm cell has condemned this attack as this doesn't fit the image they're projecting.
If we somehow manage to score a kill up there you'll find out that these pigs belong to the same old Jaish-Lashkar nexus.
One more thing to keep in mind is that... in lower Reasi the OGW support is not as good as in Upper reaches of rajouri that's why they had to run hastily before torching the vehicle.
