With their advertised success in ambushing Indian army in past 9 months... they won't need to make any hard effort to convince locals to join them or work for them as OGW... the locals with grudge for the army will themselves risk it... This 'video release' factor has huge psychological implications... not only it is disheartening/breaking our confidence... at the same time its meant to encourage the kashmiri who has even a little bit of Jihad in him.

It's like provide us info... we ambush... & then you get a video(reward) to enjoy... A huge shot of Dopamine.

Hitting back at the PAFF or any other terrorist group by reciprocal beheading is not an optimal solution or an effective deterrent.
These bas***ds are in reality nothing but puppets. Their lives don't really matter to the puppeteers. In short - - expendable.

To instill real fear, get Pakistani Army officers(not the foot soldiers) of middle and possibly senior ranks beheaded on a regular basis and if possible get the TTP/Balochis to release such gruesome videos in the media.

When the pressure is felt by the Pakistan Army Corps Commanders and the top brass of the ISI, they will sue for peace and a code of conduct.

Personally I feel that our Armed Forces should not openly take credit for any terrorist beheading inside our territory. This is to take the moral high ground.

Create pro Government armed groups who will do the beheading on behalf of the Indian Army.

Its a different matter if we do cross border raids and behead terrorists or even regular Pak Army soldiers/officers in POK. That would be ok.
