Did the army foresee problems in Rajouri-Poonch after troops re deployment

If yes, what was the mitigation strategy applied? If nothing was done, why? Who will take the responsibility?

If not, how & why did they arrive at such a conclusion, Who will take responsibility?

Now that we know as a fact there is a problem, what is the mitigation?

Our military along with successive Govts don't posseses Institutional Memory.

Govt changes and priorities changes.

Still 75+ years after independence we are not marking out clearly who really are the Enemies of the State.

Why a National security doctrine is not being formulated is a major issue to be pondered over. What fears and inabilities we have for not formulating a doctrine is also need to be pondered over.

Frustation and incompetence on part of RR lead to this incident (deaths).

Deaths of Troops and "civilians" could have been avoided.

On July 18, 2020, Imtiyaz Ahmed (20), Abrar Ahmed (25) and Mohammed Abrar (16), all labourers hailing from Jammu’s Rajouri district, were shot and branded as terrorists by troops under the officer’s command in Shopian district. The J&K Police set up a Special Investigation Team, which filed a chargesheet against three persons, including Captain Singh, for “staging” the encounter.

Am starting to wonder if these people were really as innocent as made out to be. All from Rajouri, the current hotbed of Pakistani infiltrators and local Kashmiri terrorists.

Wonder why IA and DM abandoned their men like dirt sticking to their palms. I don't know if 'revenge' will be extracted.

The first ambush of RR men in tents happened in 2021. PAFF (or was it TRF?) stalked those men and waited for the RR troops to fall asleep and then fired into the tent killing almost all the men bar one who was wounded or managed to escape I think.

Impossible for such a strong base here without local support.

When will Nindanath visit families of dead troopers and console them? Last time some BJP MLA or MP tried to do a funny photo op but we still defended the party.

You don't abandon your most loyal men when the chips are down but we know it is a 'civilian' trait that has unfortunately permeated deep into the uniformed services too.
