Accountability is a must, people must be held accountable for their actions or inactions or else you will end with such cases again and again.

The dumbfounding fact of the matter is that this is the 4th or the 5th time similar type of attack has taken place in the same region because of which a large number of soldiers were lost and nothing was done about it.

In the US Army, such mistakes would lead to the entire chain of command getting kicked out of their service.

as far as this conversation in this thread goes, why should i not assume the these ideas are being pushed in to the social media discourse by external enemies of the state, and our chaps are riding the wave without realising it. the wishlist that is being propagated here, the way i see it is more advantageous to the adversaries than us. which adversary does not what the target state to be vulnerable during leadership change? both our direct adversaries are not democracies, one is a theological security state and the other is a communist state.

Time & again , it's also been pointed out by these very same anonymous twitter handles that the grid in that sector has been weakened courtesy redeployment of troops across the LAC. Somehow we didn't see such incidents before 2021 .
