Balakot set the precedent. The last time it was with a bunch of Mirages that targeted specific terror camps.

Anything of this magnitude (heavens forbid) would mean a full-scale war and bombardment of Paki cities outright using Su-30s and unloading cruise missiles and LGBs on entire townships.

The response would completely tear Pakistan into 4 different countries.

Neither the US nor China would be able or want to help Pakistan directly in such a situation.

This...just seems massively unstable. A literal fart could throw the whole thing out of balance unless both the men at the sides fart at the same time in exactly opposite directions.
