Listen to any SF/SOF guy who fought in the height of GWOT, one thing that stands out is the level of comfortability and confidence they had in their Ops so much do that they speak about doing 5-10 Ops a night like it’s nothing

I’d this because they are superhuman with ice in their veins? Obviously not. It’s because they had the best warfighting equipment, tactics and support in human history

when you get retired soldiers speaking up and talking about the hardships of jawans it boils my blood. These soldiers have been there themselves and made it out the other side and live pretty cushy lives as a result. Instead of using their voices to try and improve the situation and make sure more men make it to their comfortable old age these clowns will tell anyone they doesn’t kiss their feet to shut up and not have sn opinion.

What's funny is people are using terrain and vegetation as the reason why UAVs were useless in preventing this tragedy .

Moreover is there no concept of hot LZ evacuation in IA aviation . 5 men with AKs were able to prevent medevac for an hour , what are they gonna do in war when the opponent will have SAMs and RPGs .
When the world uses dedicated powerful up armored helicopters like Blackhawks for medevac we use single engined lamas who don't have a spec of protection... what could possibly go wrong

5-10 ops at night alone is commendable.
Indian para units used to do between 6-8 in a day (not night) in the 90s. That’s was the level of the SOF in the 90s.
