How many Hindu civilians have gotten killed in Kashmir valley in the past year? Maybe 10 to 15 in a year ? Doesn't warrant extreme measures, since if the number of pundits killed doubles due to harsh measures ( even if 1000 muslims are killed in a year by security forces, and 50 Kashmiri Hindus are killed in turn ),I am pretty sure the fattus the pandits are.. they will just run out of Jammu Kashmir screaming Genoocide kiya re baba..
Just develop a thick skin and hunker down, and excercise basic caution.. the odds of survival are very decent still for Hindus in the valley..
