Will they guarantee the safety of Indian workers? Indian firms of course will hire Afghans but if they think that they can rise up and kill Indian managers and businessmen, then forget it. And of course they have to agree to a profit sharing arrangement because Indian firms will be bringing their expertise and know how and impart these highly coveted and valuable knowledge to the Afghans.

If they dont want to do that, then by all means go to China. See how China fares in other countries and how they treat Muslims (the Uighurs) in their own country.
