A CO describes the tactics used by his battalion in 1995-1997 Kashmir insurgency.

His battalion achieved an impressive 7:1 kill ratio. 70 militants killed or captured (including 33 foreign mercenaries) and 114 taken prisoner (apprehended and surrendered), for the loss of 11 brave men.

Edit: battalion won a COAS citation as well (based)

I think they are paid 30000. One of my friend was working , but he was an engineer
Probably depends on the airline itself.

There was a thread on twitter that was posted here recently which talked about the staffing issues in indigo due to low wages and how flights were operating without routine checks.

Airlines had also let a large number of their staff of the hook back in pandemic and are now finding it difficult to scale up to pre pandemic levels with a shortage of skilled workers.

Pakis caught with their pants down

3 dudes wounded by jackal bites?

These porkis need to start worshipping Mata Chamunda. Her vahana really hates them.

Gives quite a perspective on what we're doing to them. Their non-discolsure strategy does work though. I'd have been jumping up and down with excitement if we were getting regular accurate updates.
