Check the Weapons and the uniform and compare it to the IA uniform/equipment in LoC for confirmation.

There is only one soldier captured and that is not from any operation. The soldier crossed the border "inadvertently" and was caught by porkis. No IA died.

That is a different scenario where IA admitted a Soldier from RR crossed over to LoC. RR are counter insurgency group. You capturing him does not fit the bill..
