Well, US is the only keep Chinese in check for now militarily, economically and politically in Asia.

We need to discourage the Japanese from discussing Ukraine. This is clearly being goaded on by the Globohomos who are forcing them to raise it up with us. Dr Jaishankar would be pragmatic to point out that Ukraine is not in Asia and that our concerns are centered around China and not something happening far away in Europe.
