Galwan valley was never disputed like fingers ... They came and said entire Galwan valley is theirs .. Then deescalation happened . We moved our troops from our side of galwan valley which is undiputed .. They simply went back to their side of LAC.. The buffer is on our side . chinese did nt retreat .. they went back to their side of LAC and we moved back frm our undisputed land ... Is there something i m missing ?

In such a situation you build defensive positions based on geography.

Why not we do kargil to them occupy key post's at the end of the winter. We can't contol every territory but at least control key point and areas.

Yes we can do that in winter when they retreat & stab them in the back. But are we really searching for a conflict here? I don't think so. Possibility of that happening is next to impossible. That's India we are talking about. Though I'd be happy if we go this way.

i know there are grey areas ... There is a chinese perception and indian perception .. There are incursion in many areas . But somewhere u have to draw a line .
