We hit them once in depsang, there were chinese casualties, but the build up is massive.
I personally am a firm believer in the first strike doctrine.
I mean seizing the initiative is absolutely imperative, more so in this case as the chinese logistics lines are long and ripe for interdiction.
And they have built ip very stupidly in narrow gorges and such stupidity must be punished.
And honestly, no one wants to die, and casualties due to stupid tactics will break the morale.

I actually find ourselves losing the advantage as the talks go on and the chinese are able to supply enough materials to the frontlines.

For depsang, we will hit them again. I am sure.

I think there are two takes now -

a) PP14 is gone and the Indians have accepted that for fear of confrontation

b) PP14 is gone for now and the Indians are betting on either diplomacy or winter to settle in for them to mess around with PP14.

The former would be upsetting.

Rumors doing the rounds that our Arty boys were lost in Depsang and not Galwan.
Any truth to it?

N. Korea was unnecessarily provocating earlier and now is surprisingly pulling back for no reason. Feels like China wanted a small skirmish to cower down India and go full offensive in Taiwan, but India attacked and surprised China. Now it has to deal with India first. China thought 1 brutal punishment and its Salami slicing will work upto Galwan valley, after all, all its slicings had not been challenged earlier too....

UK PM Boris Johnson urges China and India to engage in dialogue
that would be good considering the advice coming from a man which made himself the eternal enemy of the EU. I would like the talks to go on with him presiding over our MEA dumbos as the talks would be effectively without any reasonable conclusion........

Indian fighter jets have roared over a flashpoint Himalayan region as part of a show of strength even as China again accused India of provoking the border clash earlier this month

The day I believe Al Jazeera is the day I cut off my balls and wear a tutu and sing Hamilton in a falsetto.

This is painting India as aggressor. You'll see more of that I'm coming weeks.

Now, I want India to be an aggressor, but this probably isn't it. Let us see the news repeated from reputable sources.
