He is referring to the statement -
"If Siliguri corridor is vulnerable so is Chumbi valley"

These pusillanimous creatures of MEA and GoI should leave India and go to the USA where their fragile consciousness of "getting hurt" by mere statements might be honored better. Shame to see such eunuchs being born on the soil of mother India.
"Chinese sensitivities should be understood/taken care of"

"Let's not provoke the Chinese"

We should not be uppity enough merely to speculate the vulnerability of Chumbi even when pressed about supposed danger to Siliguri, we should know our limits - That would be the thought process of certain people.

Again 'China Pleasing' exercise by MEA?

This makes me think, during an event of War with China, on whose side MEA cucks will be?

MEA has zipped our military's hand and mouth.
If military has to play as per what MEA says, then they don't deserve to be generals, just some clerks.
Its the responsibility of the armed forces to protect the territorial integrity of of country, to defend in case of any foreign invasion and when possible help in disaster relief.
I hope our military leaders know their responsibility towards what they are tasked with and not get into this pleasing MEA business.

"In a separate development, the Tajik government has offered to transfer full control of a preexisting Chinese military base in the country to Beijing and waive any future rent in exchange for military aid from China"

"China already operates a military base in Tajikistan in the Murghab region near the Afghan border in a remote stretch close to the Wakhan Corridor. The collection of facilities and outposts is believed to have been in operation for at least five years"

MEA In response to media queries on China’s Land Boundary Law

"We have noted that China has passed a new "Land Boundary Law” on 23 October 2021. The law states among other things that China abides by treaties concluded with or jointly acceded to by foreign countries on land boundary affairs. It also has provisions to carry out reorganization of districts in the border areas.

It may be noted that India and China have still not resolved the boundary question. Both sides have agreed to seek a fair, reasonable and mutually acceptable resolution to the Boundary Question through consultations on an equal footing. We have also concluded several bilateral agreements, protocols and arrangements to maintain peace and tranquillity along the LAC in India-China border areas in the interim.

In this regard, China’s unilateral decision to bring about legislation that can have implications on our existing bilateral arrangements on border management as well as on the boundary question is of concern to us. Such unilateral move will have no bearing on the arrangements that both sides have already reached earlier, whether it is on the Boundary Question or for maintaining peace and tranquillity along the LAC in India-China Border areas. We also expect that China will avoid undertaking action under the pretext of this law which could unilaterally alter the situation in the India-China border areas.

Furthermore, the passage of this new law does not in our view confer any legitimacy to the so-called China Pakistan "Boundary Agreement” of 1963 which Government of India has consistently maintained is an illegal and invalid agreement.”

This is as close we have come to say that we do not recognize any of China's international claims.

When the war starts, these AC chair babus won't be anywhere in sight. It will be the PM the RM, the CDS, and the chiefs of staff calling the shots.

Now there is absolutely no doubt that there is going to be a war. The CCP's 'look strong' rule has put it in a global corner - in order to look powerful to its local population, they have taken steps that are too wide for their good.

However, backing down would mean a "loss of face" for the CCP which is something not acceptable to Xinnie the Poop, that too when he has local rivals within the party vying for the top job. Given that China will have to roll back BIG TIME in order to secure any friend, the CCP assumes that the returns of placating its neighbourhood are much lesser than a probability of winning some territory from them.

At this point, they are ready to risk a full-blown war on multiple fronts, since they control the flow of information in and out of China. The only way to target them is to take a cue out of their book and mass report photos, videos, etc. of even the smallest of PLA losses during the war on Weibo, Wechat, Renren, etc. and overwhelm the Great Firewall. Even if 90% of the messages are blocked or scrubbed, 10% will seep in enough for the people to realize what's happening.

We have been hearing about a lot of trouble in China first with real estate Tofu-dreg building bankruptcy and collapse with at least $400 billion debt. Then came the news of coal shortages, coal mines flooded. Later 20 provinces without power and many other Chinese economic troubles. But none seemed to have dented Chinese belligerence or its aggressive behaviour towards Taiwan and India. Even the bad economic news given by IMF has not curbed Chinese enthusiasm to be rude and obnoxious towards rest of the world.

Are we getting the correct news about China or all made up propaganda?. Yes their economic losses this year have been great but not to the point that economic collapse is near. It seems the news is much inflated. Yes their GDP this year will be less than 5% which is liken to recession or depression in Chinese economy. But these will not unseat President Xi.

‘’’what is the truth?

These are murican global narratives against china, since we angry at china at the moment our folks are lapping it up without analysis.

CCP is not going anywhere, they will be on world stage for a long time. if necessary CCP will throw Xi in a gulag, just to ensure it’s hold over china and the world.

Chinese military had a walkover, over the unprepared and hastily rushed Indian Army in 1962 near Tawang. Their main objective was Tawang, which they captured and then withdrew. The leaked portions of Henderson-Brook report on 1962 debacle blamed bad political and diplomatic management in the first part but blamed military order of battle for hastily assembled troops. The Indian generals and colonels had no idea that Chinese have assembled a force right next to the border, close to Thagla Ridge capable of climbing down and reaching Tawang. One column reached Tawang easily after beating Brigadier Dhalvi boys. Other two Chinese column waited about a month and infiltrated via BumLa and Bhutan. The troops at SeLA lead by Brigadier Hoshiar Singh were surrounded and had no choice but to retreat. Unlucky for them, their retreat route was blocked as Chinese who had reached Bomdila and captured brigade headquarters there. Then there was only few choices, Indian troops surrender or straglers reach the Foothills. About 3,000 of our boys surrendered. About the same number hoodwink the Chinese and reached the Foothills.

Can the Chinese do the same in 2021. The time of the year is same as pre-winter as in 1962. As the reports are appearing that Chinese are building military infrastructure opposite Tawang, just across the Tibet/India ridge line, hence it is possible.

Very unlikely! …. This time the Indian Army is so well prepared both for defence and offence that going for Chinese troops is unlikely. If the Chinese leave the safety of the ridge line which is called McMohan line and crossover to invade, the well prepared Indian troops would close the gate of their entry and force the invading troops to surrender. There would be no other choice. We need to accept a surrender of 3,000 Chinese troops together with their generals and colonels to wash away that humiliating defeat of 1962…….. Please Chinese do come, give us a chance to beat the hell out of you.

How did the Marathas lose the third battle of Panipat despite having military supremacy?

It was astrology which played most important role in Maratha defeat at Panipat!

Marathas and Afghans met in mid November of 1760. Afghans encircled Maratha camp but Marathas made attempt to break out only in mid January of 1761.

Reason - astrologer had told Maratha general Sadasiva Rao not to attack before mid January.

Result: When Maratha army finally fought in mid January 1761, they were freezing and starving. Their cavalry charge at Afghans failed because their horses had no strength left in them due to starvation.

Had they fought two months earlier when they had plenty of food and when winter had just begun, they might have won the battle.

Had Marathas renewed the conflict after Panipat, they could have annihilated Abdali and his allies and overran they entire region from Kandahar to Benares!

I hope PM and his military general babus do not follow this fucking astrology stuff in these matters where immediate response is required no matter what the outcome is. War is won by preparedness, tactics, and sacrifices, not by this astrology stuff.
