The fact that they took the audacity to reach the southern bank of Pangong Tso is a way of communication. Is this related to Dokhlam anyway recently? We transgress and they do it on 28th?

Soviet's gave Chinese surprise by firing more than 10,000 rockets from BM-21 on that island. Why surprise? Because BM-21 was first unveiled in that clash.
