Defence ministry to acquire strategic 10 acres in Arunachal's Siang border

The defence ministry will acquire 10.12 acres of land in Ningging village in Tuting tehsil of Upper Siang district, which is about 40 km from the Line of Actual Control. The rural development ministry has notified the defence ministry as the "appropriate authority" under the Right to Fair Compensation and Transparency in Land Acquisition, Rehabilitation and Resettlement Act 2013, for the acquisition of land at Ningging, which is a small village with a population of about 350 people.

Moreover, I can't begin to think how ill-prepared our men were looking at their equipment and clothes.
The chinkis seemed to be very well prepared, how lax can our leadership be to not give proper equipment to our bravehearts!
