When a soldier is in a full battle gear...all with camo, body armour, helmet, face paint etc, how anyone will determine if he/she is a minor? It is tough.

China is going the sub-saharan way, i.e the 'Child Soldiers of Africa'. But unfortunately Tibetians will be the canon fodder.

We have NCC (National Cadet Corps), which are in the same line. Aspiring youths are imparted basic military training, although they have no liability to join armed forces once they finish the course. The minimum age of joining is 13 years.
