To me it sounds like a forced theory to suit the situtation.

Biggest issue in India by the people and opposition was that pla has intruded, therefore IA posted videos to show that all that was built by pla is dismantled.
Because if not, then by some sources or directly by IA after pla released the videos, videos from our side should have come out.

This might be wrong, and IA might have a plan to release the videos after disengagement, but till then, it's just speculations.
