Tony Blinken, Jake Sullivan, Susan Rice. They will likely hold important posts, especially SoS and NSA.

Having said that, the closeness of the election and Republicans keeping control of the senate might force Biden to put in a Republican or two in the cabinet. We will have to wait and see.

No, but the fact that the RusFed under the rule of Tsar Vladimir I of House Putin refuses all attempts at US influence like their over 9000 protestant cults, preventing their (((NGOs))) from operating in Russia etc.
Russia even has a domestic alternative called Yandex for google, gmail etc, so they are reasonably protected from US (((influence))).

You are somewhat wrong abt 10-15 km snow line.
There are total 68 passes from Tibet to Arunachal.
3 are permanent snow bound, 7 are Perennial i.e It remains open throughout the year. Rest majority passes are seasonal depending upon the snow at higher reaches of Eastern Himalayas.

All perennial passes have been taken care of by the Army and there are Quid Pro Quo arrangement here i.e. If PLA try misadventure in any of these perennial pass, similar action can be taken by our side.

Concerns abt PLA taking action in Tawang Sector as mentioned in your earlier comment, Be assured, Tawang sector much like Siliguri Corridor (Domination of Chumbi Valley) is like a fortress with all the infrastructure brought in place over the years.
