The land where they stood and protested on the DalaiLama’s birthday is our land, look like they intruded few kms to show banners and protest against our installations. Earlier intruded PLA protested against locals for installing solar pump. Still waiting for response from GoI on this intrusion or will it be brushed under carpet as usual

A unit permanently stayed there and basically lived like a Soviet Unit, constantly training and updating itself. US army units came for war games and took on the unit in exercises.

they started blocking us in 2013.

we managed to push them back some distance from original area they blocked us in 2013.

now we cannot push them out any further , they cant push us out , stalemate.

But Lt Gen Rakesh Sharma former GOC 14 corps had recently said that our troops were able to patrol upto those points till jan 2020.

situation is different now . they have build a forward post + a larger camp some distance back,

Apparently they came all the way down and were just 200 meters from the community centre.

Don't think a community centre would be that close to the border.
