We tend to fall for their games again and again. They are using their '1971' connection to infest into India time and again and all our government has to say is "What if they ally with China?" This irrational fear in the MEA is so unbecoming of a rising power. Instead of caving in, they should just explicitly say that while legal ones are welcome, illegal ones will be dealt with like terrorists and cattle smugglers (there is enough precedent on the border to justify this).
I would expect that we start mining our border with Bangladesh as well. Honestly, if this were a real estate project, the entire border would have been de-forested in a matter of days. But bureaucracy and infiltration in government ranks has made this a serious issue. Entire NE is messed up with these lunatics spreading their Middle East acquired madness. They don't respect local laws, they harass the women, they riot, steal and commit crimes, and we don't even get to retaliate.
Abominable, enraging. Hindu in Bangladesh sentenced to 7 years for blasphemy. Accusation was made by an Islamic extremist. At the least, Hindus from Bangladesh settled around the world, should be reacting strongly. They will certainly obtain other Indians' support.
