But An-132 can carry 75 troops according to wiki.

Some new photos, this aircraft has a lot of potential and can fill roles for awacs, aerial refueling, ELINT, and transportation. I don’t think this aircraft will ever see any role other then transport though. The aircraft does have what appears to be a FLIR at least.
