Pak is a Atomic power and regardless of it's economic state, it has power to fend off any militray attack on itself.
It does not matter whether Paksitan is strong or not, some vested interest are hell bent on keeping it alive to act as our leash.

Not in case of any first or second tier power though. Pak military in current form can defend any attack from a third tier power like Italy/Iran/Turkey/KSA/South Korea though.

First and second tier powers outgun their nuclear arsenal by their conventional power alone plus their mobilisation ability and financial resources leave little chance for Pak.
So Pakistan can't defend an attack by

US/Russia/China/India/France/Japan/Britain without using nuclear weapons even if Pakistan uses nuclear weapons, will decisively win. These countries aren't going to give Pakistan a chance to use nukes (nor Pakistan is gonna dare to try).
