Still they want water.Bangladesh is literally sinking under relentless rains and floods. It happens year after year. Much of the rains in Arunachal Pradesh and Assam comes down the Brahmaputra river and overflows the banks. It is a low lying area.
Historically why would anybody in the last millennium or so will settle down and live in the low flood planes. It is the Muslim rulers who should have realized the gravity of the situation and desisted from building settlements. Pretty soon rains will come down in UP and Bihar and flood water will flow in the Ganges and whatever area is not flooded now will be flooded then. Geographically nothing much can be done.
The titlef this thread is proving right. We sympathize with the people of Bangladesh, although at times they depict anti Indian sentiments.
