Well search for superbug saga. During UPA brits were spenindg lot of money to prove there is superbug in Indian water. The came to India, were doing questionable "testing" to prove superbug in Yamuna. Even UPA saw their chardae, threw them out IIRC.

Norfolk Southern train carrying 20 cars of Vinyl Chloride derailed in East Palestine, Ohio and slammed into a Diesel Storage facility owned by Leake Oil Company Inc. Massive fire happened, As of 3 some days ago the situation changed and there is a high risk of the pressurized train car containing Vinyl Chloride to rupture.
When exposed to heat in an oxygen free environment, Vinyl Chloride thermally decomposes into HCL and Phosgene in a runaway thermal reaction. So if the tanker car is heating up on its own and is in danger of rupturing, it's literally a tiny chemical weapons factory right now. If it bursts, the vinyl chloride will burn and explode, dispersing all the phosgene and HCL into the surrounding area.

well now it has already bursted and a big dark cloud of Phosgene gas is slowly spreading around the area and moving towards DC

oh and there is already mass censorship going on about the entire situation, many weather forecast services etc that also give out air quality index etc are keeping 'silence' over situation there
