Of course, it can be stopped except for those very few (like one in 10 million) unfortunate individuals whose bodies produce 5-AR that has got a slightly different composition due to a certain mutation and therefore are unable to bind with a 5-AR inhibitor like finasteride/dutasteride. But for the vast majority of the folks out there, 5 AR inhibitors will work just fine.

For fuck's sake, it ain't the minoxidil that causes the itching and rash and stuff you are talking about but rather it's the propylene glycol that is used in certain brands of topical minoxidil. Just use Regaine from Jansen instead of using the generic Indian brands and you should be fine.

You mean a hair system. Yeah, that stuff has come a long way and it works. But do keep in mind that they do not come cheap (the decent ones anyway), are needed to be changed every 3-4 months (depending on the quality and the amount of care given in its maintenance) - so the cost will pile up more rapidly than you may think.
