Not witnessed any overheating.
Battery performance is stellar, have had it for 3 months.
All non-dell owners seem to say this :blum3:
Wait for a few months mate.
I don't wish that your lappy's performance goes down. I just told you the general observations, and the fact that my friends and cousins own Dell has given me a lot of experience on almost every laptop.

Best of luck.

Dark Sorrow,

If you haven't bought it yet, then don't buy it.

Dell Service is great for business laptops, sucks big time for personal ones.
I'd suggest a change in paradigm and look the HP way. :)

Sohamsri,
The laptop i am going to buy will be a customized version of Studio 15. So many of the shortcomming would be rectified. I chose Studio 15 as a base model because it is cheap.
I will take your advice and look even for HP laptops. Can you give any suggestion. The basic config. that need to be present are given in post #1.

Buy HCL MiLeap MH214 17cm
Compac Presario CQ60 series
I don't know anything about delhi but i will advice you to buy from a electronic mega store like Croma or from company showroom.
You just tell your bugdet the guy will show the product.
If you can wait for 2-3 days i can give you the a list. Just tell me should i find out or not.
