How well is India resilient against a Cyber attack?

Cyber-security is a continuous endeavour, there might be days we are weak and days we are strong. The same applies to any country or any entity.
So far we have not heard any news of major security attack on critical systems, we also have to consider the possibility that attacks have happened and not disclosed publicly.
To my understanding all IT infrastructure belonging to govt, cyber security is taken seriously during selection process.
However I have no info on how frequently cyber security selection criteria are updated...

No country, no matter it tries is immune to a malicious or war scenario cyber attack. One can prepare well. India is no exception.
The key is, that can its enemies which initiated the cyber attack withstand the retaliatory cyber attack, if India retaliates in kind.
If you get answer to the above then the net conclusion is that, unless you are suicidal, will not initiate the cyber attack. It's reverse impact is much greater on yourself than on the enemy.
