How Pakis Immigrate to the Western Countries ?

i was wondering how these illiterate,unemployed, lazy people from piss poor Region of KPK, POK migrates to the Western Countries ? i have noticed that overwhelming majority of Paki Immigrants in uk and Canada are from Mirpur(POK) and KPK.

even those who immigrates to the west generally dont work, get free houses, food and other social benefits from the government and native people it's like surviving on foodstemp.
