one car with a vehicle license of PLA was held up by polce, for its break of traffic regulation. but the driver refused any command of the policeman. so a stalemate appeared

the stalemate attacted the attention of some pedestrians. one of pedstrians used his cellphone to photo it.
after seeing being photoed, the driver of the PLA-licensed car gave vent to a torrent of abuse

the policemen was annoyed by the noncooperation of the dirver and stood by,in order that pedestrians could photo the infamy of the driver more easily.

the driver got out and tried to pushed the policeman aside.

then one woman got out of the car and quarreled with the policeman

the one "babu-like" man got out of the car and had a rampant quarrel with the policeman

the backboned policeman didn't move back in the front of the rampant "babu".

the weman asked pedestrians not to photo.but the policeman encouraged pedestrians there to photo on,in order that more prooves can be kept.

then, the policeman called reinforce.

And then the dreaded call from CCP headquarters came to the policeman who had to tuck his tail between the legs and let the car go.:blum3:

Now, how to force the vehicle from PLA to following the civil traffic regulation is big issue in China.

No doubt the "Babu" in photo will be punished because he disgraced the PLA, but what about those no photoed and published?

That cop has some stones. My salute. Let's hope nothing bad happens to him.

That 'babu', his 'baby', and that angry little 'booboo' better get it, for disturbing the law.

This guy will become many people's forum avatar. Nice pose!

frm the photos it seems china or at least that part is rather developed and in fact quite beautiful . I wonder if it is a propaganda photo of beauty . But if it is for real then why go to war and spoil all that ?

It's good to see that the rule of law is spreading. First, people start to obey local law. Next, they obey national law. Finally, they obey international law. When everyone starts to follow international law seriously, there will be very few wars. I hope that the policeman gave the driver a ticket.

Job well done, Officer Xiaoling. Any news on what happened to the actual violators? Convicted? Acquitted?
