Hou Yifan is at it again. She defeated higher-ranked male-grandmaster GM Nepomniachtchi, who is rated 2751.
Given her victories over Fabiano Caruana (rating about 2800) and Nepomniachtchi (2751), I think Hou Yifan's real rating is somewhere between 2750-2800.
Hou Yifan currently has a lower rating of 2652, because there was insufficient competition among the women players to permit her to attain a higher rating.
Hou Yifan has been the Women's World Chess Champion multiple times and she is showing steady progress in competing against the world's top-ranked men's chess grandmasters.
