Rocket pods and bombs can theoretically be integrated for low intensity close air support. CAS ain't high altitude missions. Better not put this plane in a Stinger environment.
What is the average max altitude that shoulder fired anti aircraft missiles can achieve. At what altitude are aircraft secure from attack from vshorads.

Will the IJT with a jet engine fly higher than the HTT 40.What is max operating altitude of the HTT 40 and IJT.

The US Air force does not do bombing from low altitudes in areas where there is a danger from vshorads and always use LGB's as seen in Afghanistan. US fighters fly above the max vertical range of vshorads.

Why should CAS be done only by low flying aircraft. Why not use only LGB's as the Americans do. Is it impractical because of the cost factor as LGB's are more expensive than dumb bombs. Identification of the targets can be done by special optical equipment on the aircraft and then illuminated by the laser.

Most of the info you ask for is easily googleable. HTT 40 is not made to do the kind of CAS you are looking at. I did say theoretically..... to your previous question.

What do they use Apache vast fleet , armed drones and A-10 for ?

How are you planning to protect IJT from SAM Manpads or enemy fighter jets ?

How would you bomb when both sides are in close proximity and make sure our soldiers are unharmed ?

The use of such low speed largely unarmed aircraft is visualised only in airspace where enemy fighters, radars and Sam's are not present. Like Afghanistan. The maximum that the Taliban can do is fire shoulder fired anti aircraft missiles at planes. The Taliban does not have any Air force or radars or SAM 's.

The option was being considered only to reduce costs and provide a relatively cheap bombing capability to the Afghan Government. Why should they buy a Su30mki to lob LGB's on the Taliban. Even the Hawk trainer aircraft can be used as a low cost bomber in such conditions.

The intervention of the Pakistan Air force in Afghanistan is not possible as the US presence rules it out.

So Afghanistan can be considered a friendly airspace except for the presence of the vshorads with the Taliban.

Illumination of targets by laser is precisely how the US Air force does precision bombing and avoids collateral damage. But even then sometimes mistakes happen but rarely. Dumb bombs are probably more risky and may miss the target.

I am a big fan of this plane as well as HJT 36 sitara. However, unfortunately, Sitara after a great beginning took its first flight in 2003 but has not become operational yet. That forced IAF to change its training schedule. There were some news of Sitara passing critical trials. I hope it to be operational soon. With HTFE 25, it will have a limited defensive role as well. Now we shall be subject to no Black mail from Pilatus guys.

Indigenous aircraft HTT-40 ready for operational clearance

Bengaluru: The indigenous training aircraft HTT-40, designed and built by the Hindustan Aeronautics Limited (HAL) has completed spin certification flight testing. The State-run behemoth has confirmed that it has already demonstrated ten turn spins and is ready for operational clearance.

No, not in well defended airspaces.
Specifically in defended airspace as it reduces the risk on pilot.
Their is no advantage that a manned aircraft will offer over unmanned aircraft in future.
