Welcome to the forum, Hareesh.
As pmaitra said, please don't use SMS language.
Hareesh, below is not directed at you.
I have a story to tell about youngsters in India using SMS language and how it reflects their image world wide. I'm doing research in science abroad and few faculties in my department (in US & elsewhere) told me that they receive a lot of applications for M.S and PhD from Indian students and a majority of them use SMS language when writing e-mails to them. This is not only off-putting to them but many people don't even understand what people are writing because not everyone is used to SMS language and also it is a bad etiquette to write e-mails in SMS language.
My suggestion to all young posters from India is to please not use SMS language expect while SMSing or chatting with your friends. Once you start using that SMS language outside of these avenues, it creeps everywhere and it will affect your professional life and image among your colleagues.
